abracadabra…

This morning I woke up to find this magical creation in my inbox,  created by the ever-inspiring Nathalie Lete. With it she wrote…

je vous envoie mon petit magicien pour faire de 2011 une année (du lapin) magique!!
(i send you my little magician to make  you a magic year(of the rabbit)! !)

Love it. Thank you for being such an inspiration dear Nathalie, here’s hoping for a magical year for everyone.

xx

    Welcome home.

I think there is this unexplainable and yet instinctive pull towards home and family when you get to a certain point of your life. There comes a time, a line, where it could be too late to return, and so you have to run a little faster…fly while the urge to stay (& the COMPLICATIONS of life!!) still allow it. As it can get too late.

So, my girl, I think you are wise to come home. To our glorious horizons, our peaceful days that float into one another, our bobbing boats & wandering tides. This land is very very warm and equally warm=hearted… it has missed you.

I’m guessing (weirdly as I don’t technically know you I guess) that you will have kids and honest to goodness I am jealous that you have come the full circle and are done with living elsewhere.

There is, after all, no place like home.

    Welcome.

    thea.

I am convinced this will turn out to be a softer, gentler and very productive year.

    Cheers!

Johnny Depp, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are all…born in the year of the Rabbit. All quietly winning the race, producing all their many stuffs, and living all over the map.
    So, there.

I love her work! I cannot remember if I saw it on your blog or somewhere else: a really sweet youtube video of her painting a display window in Tokyo, but anyway, it was lovely, and so is this post.
