Also Tombee Du Camion(pg179) - I don't recall seeing picture frames but he has such an eclectic and ever-changing collection, plus its a great source of inspiration for what you have in mind. And last but not least, I recall going to a brocante which is all week, but I can't remember which arrondisment it's in. If I remember I'll let you know! I think it was the 13th, but I'm not sure.
