There’s so much wonderful stuff in your post I don’t know where to start… You know about my own botany obsession, so you can imagine how smitten I am with those poppies. The picture is so colorful, so full or energy, it’s really a winter treat.
And about sharing the stories - what a terrific idea.

hi leslie, i’m thinking if the sea is always in the way perhaps you could jump it and move there! i can tell you, it’s a pretty cool place to live
Mariss, how brave are you to consider making one, but it would be a huge accomplishment - imagine your friends coming into your house and saying ‘wow, look at that chandelier!’ and you can say ‘yep, i made it!’

The top photograph is gorgeous. I never thought I’d consider hanging a chair from my ceiling! I want that red and white stripped bench/chair/loveseat or whatever it is. Why does this company have to be all the way in Australia! That ocean is always standing in the way of my greediness.
